Our Story

Naeem Associates Overseas Employment Promoters is a Rawalpindi-based recruitment agency built on a simple idea: hiring across borders shouldn't feel like a gamble. Since 2010, we've helped employers across the Gulf source dependable, skilled manpower — and helped thousands of Pakistani professionals find work that actually matches their skills and goals.

We stay a small, hands-on team by design. It's what lets us sit down with every employer and every candidate, understand what they really need, and make matches that hold up long after the contract is signed. We're not the biggest agency in Rawalpindi — we've simply been consistent for a long time, and that's what our clients tell us matters most.

A Message From Our CEO

For over fifteen years, Naeem Associates has worked at the intersection of two needs that are really the same need seen from different sides: employers across the Gulf who need workers they can depend on, and Pakistani professionals who deserve a fair shot at building a career abroad.

We've built our name on getting that match right — not just placing a candidate in any available role, but understanding what a company actually needs and what a candidate is actually capable of, then bringing the two together in a way that lasts.

That's meant staying hands-on. We handle recruitment, HR staffing, visa processing, pre-departure training, and travel arrangements ourselves, so nothing falls through the cracks. It's also meant staying honest — with employers about what to expect, and with candidates about what the job and the country will actually be like.
